Important Note:
I believe in honest, upfront pricing, no guesswork, no hidden fees. Most jobs are quoted at a flat rate before work begins. In the rare case a project takes longer than expected due to conditions discovered on the job, additional time is billed at my standard hourly rate of $70/hr. I will always stop and communicate with you before that happens.
